Opening day tomorrow begins with a VIP breakfast, followed by the traditional Opening Ceremonies at 8 a.m., complete with dignitaries, speeches and plenty of Orange Jacket volunteers.Following the ceremonies is the ever-popular cannon blast – and a fly-over, thanks to Lemoore Naval Air Station.
Gates open to the public at 9 a.m.
